This property is located in Fiddler Lake Resort (FLR), which is magnifiant wooded domaine of 86 log homes primarily used for short term rental. They are all individually owned & rented either by the FLR management company or by privately by the owners. This property is currently rented out by the owners but the future owner can join the resort rental pool. If an owner wishes to use the cottage only for personal purposes, he may be required to pay GST/QST on the sale price. An owner can buy in his own name or through a company. If purchased as an income property, the government allows owners to use the cottage for personal use (to occupy it themselves) for a certain percentage of the year.
